Last Update February 10th, 2018. Breville juice fountain plus juicer is an ideal model for the first time juicers; this juicer runs at 850 watts and has two speeds, 12,000RPM or 6,500RPM for hard and soft elements.
Let’s talk about all goods about this

The high-density polymer body has a brushed metallic finish, which gives the juicer an elegant, stainless look. The pulp filter and cutting disc are both made from stainless steel. They won’t rust or corrode over time.
The twin cutting edges on the disc-shaped blade are designed to balance the disc as it spins. This is a plus because the skew on these discs can be an issue.
The 850-watt motor provides two-speed levels. The slower setting is best for soft fruits and vegetables, as well as leafy greens. The higher setting tackles hard, root vegetables and crunchy fruits.
Breville has also taken heat damage into account and assures buyers that the motor raises the temperature of produce by less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit.
The 3-inch feeder chute can take whole apples, beets, carrots, and chunks of pineapple. All you’ll have to do is chop things down to 3-inch chunks.
The cord wraps itself into the base of the juicer, for easy storage and less countertop clutter.
It’s more efficient than cheaper juicers. The special feed system pulls produce in, so you don’t have to do any work.
The pulp strainer spins along with the blade, creating a centrifugal force which pulls moisture from pulp–leaving it drier and giving you more juice. The large 1-liter juice pitcher has an integrated froth separator.
All the plastic parts that come in contact with juice are BPA-free. With the exception of the plunger, they can be washed in a dishwasher.
There are a few great safety features. The motor won’t turn on until the cover is securely locked into place. It’ll also turn off automatically if the motor is overworked and heating up.
While the body casing looks metallic, it’s made from a polymer. Higher-end Breville juicers have die-cast metal bodies.
A few reviewers said that this juicer is fairly loud. We attribute that to the polymer body, which doesn’t mask sound as well as the die-cast versions.
Some people who used this said that this model spits out chunks of some vegetables, ginger root in particular. They had to feed these pieces back through. We’re assuming that this is an issue from overloading the machine, since most buyers didn’t report this problem.
We found that some buyers said that, over time, their juicers didn’t separate pulp and juice as well. Their pulp was moister, and their juice was thicker and filtered poorly. You’ll want to keep up the habit of scrubbing out the mesh basket after every juicing session, so it doesn’t develop any plugs.
