Simple Apple Juice
- 3 Apple
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Water 5 cup
Wash and peel the apples and make its pieces. Now add all above in a pan and start heating at least for 30 min. at the end water color change to apple color allow it to cool and stain it. Chill before drinking. It is full of nutrients.
Apple Juice with Lemon
Make the juice of half lemon. Peel and cut the apple in small cubes then make juice. Before drinking add ice
Apple Carrot Juice
- 1 Apple
- 2 to 3 medium size Carrot
Wash, peel and cut the ingredients into cube and make juice in juicer. Its gives sweet taste and delicious.
Spinach Apple Juice
- ½ cup Spinach
- ½ Grapefruit
- 2 Green apple
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Celery 2 stalk
- Ice (small amount)
Firstly make small pieces of all above then make their juice by adding turn wise firstly spinach then grapefruit then apple, ginger and at last celery stalk one by one. This will make smooth juice easily but if you add all of these in one time then you will face difficulty.
- 1 Large apple
- Celery 2 stalk
- ½ Beet root
- ½ Pineapple
- 3 Carrot
- Ginger 2 teaspoon
- White sugar (optional)
Wash and cut all the ingredients in cubes and make juice if you feel bitter taste then can add sugar according to choice. Always try to make juice by yourself at home as it gives you more taste and nutrients.
