- Cubed watermelon (As much as you need)
- Lychees 8 to 10 piece.
- Sugar ½ cup.

- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Grated ginger (1 Tablespoon)

Step 1: Peel off the lychees and remove the seeds from it. Peel off the watermelon too, cut it into cubes and put into a bowl.
Step 2: Put the ginger, mint leaves and sugar into the blender. Blend them properly.
Step 3: Add the peeled lychees, half of the cubed watermelon and a moderate amount of lemon juice into the blender.
Step 4: Keep blending until the mixture becomes smooth and then take the mixture out from the blender and store in a large bowl.
Step 5: Now again blend the rest half of the cubed watermelon and once they have turned into liquid completely, mix them up with the previous mixture.
Step 6: Store the entire mixture into a freezer-safe container and leave it to be frozen at least for two hours.
Step 7: Once they are frozen with a fork mix them up again and let it sit for 30 minutes. And then serve, you can add few mint leaves to decorate it.
2. Cucumber Kiwi Juice recipe

- Kiwi fruit (4)
- Cucumbers (2).
- Crushed ginger (1/2)
